Sermon text: Luke 2:1-20; Revelation 4:1-11; Revelation 5:1-14
Christmas reveals a kingdom unlike any other: while Caesar ruled through power and decree, God entered the world in humility through a child laid in a manger. When Luke 2 is read alongside Revelation 4–5, we see that the baby born in weakness is the Lamb who reigns on the throne, redefining true power. This message invites us not just to observe Christmas, but to surrender our “crowns,” enter God’s presence, and participate in the mission of the reigning Christ.
